How to Start Using the App

Step 1: Open the App and Login

1. Find the NeoVault app on your phone
2. Tap to open it
3. You will see two empty boxes on the screen

Step 2: Type Your Email and Password

First Box (Email):

• Type your work email address
• Example: john.smith@company.com
• Make sure spelling is correct
• Do not add extra spaces

Second Box (Password):

• Type your password carefully
• Capital letters and small letters are different
• A and a are NOT the same
• Example: If password is "Test123" you must type exactly "Test123"

Can't see what you typed?

• Look for an eye icon (👁) next to the password box
• Tap the eye icon to see your password
• Tap again to hide it

Step 3: Login

• Tap the blue "Login" button
• Wait a few seconds
• The app will open to the main screen

If login does not work:

• Check your email spelling
• Check your password spelling
• Make sure capital letters are correct
• Check your internet connection
• Ask your manager for help if still not working
